Social Housing
Walton Charity has a small number of social housing properties for people in Elmbridge who are at risk of homelessness.
These are managed by our partners Rentstart and Transform Housing & Support.

Our four houses provide accommodation for 10 single people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. They are managed by our local partner, Rentstart.
We also own three two-bedroom flats which provide housing for six single people.
Transform Housing manage the accommodation and also offer one-to-one support to tenants to help with other issues they may be facing.
